The 2026 AUID Annual Conference will be hosted at Georgia Tech in Atlanta from Oct. 4 – 9, 2026. Vendors can review our anticipated sponsorship opportunities below. If you’re interested in our year-long Corporate Partnership program you can learn more about it here.

The Exhibitor Showcase at the AUID Conference is a wonderful opportunity to join us by becoming an exhibitor to connect with our AUID members at the conference. For questions about the Exhibitor Showcase, you can email info@auid.org.

Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitors can register for a booth at the Exhibitor Showcase and to sponsor additional items at the 2026 AUID Annual Conference. Your registration for your booth includes everything outlined at the booth levels listed below. Your registration includes your attendance at the Exhibitor Showcase on Tuesday, October 6 only. (Additional conference event attendance can be purchased at an additional cost.)

EXhibitor Registration

All exhibitors must register by September 7^th, 2026.

All sponsorship opportunities are in addition to the exhibitor level sponsorship cost (Elite and Connect). Sponsorship opportunities are subject to change based on schedule finalization and availability.

Registration Instructions

Log in or create your AUID account (Username: <<Username>>) go here to set up a new password for the AUID portal. If you already have an AUID account, you can login as normal.
Update your profile, then navigate to Events > Exhibitor Registration.
Select your sponsorship level booth, add-ons, and register representatives using the people icon in your registration (once you’ve completed your booth registration).
Complete the checkout process to finalize your Exhibitor Registration.

Adding Additional Exhibitor Reps: Once you have registered for your sponsorship level, click on the “Events” drop down, and click on “Exhibitor Registration” to pull up your registration.

You will see the section below; Click on the People icon to add your additional representatives.

You will be ask to login to you AUID Account.
This does not include attendance for the full conference, as the full conference schedule is reserved for member attendees only.

Exhibitor Registration Reminders

All exhibitors must register by September 7^th, 2026.
All Exhibitor Ads for the Conference Booklet will be due September 14, 2026.
Closer to the date you will receive details about the Exhibitor Showcase and the Exhibitor Toolkit on how to prepare.

Any door prizes that are provided will be given out as part of a fundraising event at the recognition dinner this year as part of a fundraising initiative partnering with Common Thread for the Cure.

Additional Booth Fees: There will be an option to purchase a conference table setup that includes a 6ft table, tablecloth, and two chairs. The fee is $100. These items will not be provided if not purchased through registration. They will not be available to add onsite. Power will also be available for $35 per day.

Ad Space: Each booth package comes with ad space in the conference booklet provided to attendees. With a Conference Elite Booth Package, a ½ page ad is included. For Conference Connect Booth Package a ¼ page is included. The specs for each ad space are below. Ads will be due by September 14.

Exhibitor Showcase

The Exhibitor Showcase is AUID’s primary opportunity to showcase your company. We offer booth packages at three different levels. You can review the opportunities below.

General Showcase Information

All booths are 8 x 8 spaces. The setup does not include pipe and drape.
Load in will take place Tuesday morning from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Tables, Chairs, and Power-Drops are at additional cost to vendor.
Once you are registered you will receive a confirmation email and showcase exhibitor kit information.
The exhibitor kit will have all the details regarding load in, venue information, etc.

Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to info@auid.org. Vendors may cancel through September 1, and receive a refund of 50% of their registration. For cancellations after September 1, you will receive a 50% credit for next year’s conference. Substitutions of vendor representatives are gladly accepted at any time; to substitute a rep, email info@auid.org. Refunds cannot be approved for no-shows.

Please note that these Conference Sponsorship levels are new to 2026 and are also based on availability.

Get your logo on our conference bag! Each attendee receives a swag bag upon check-in. Order to be coordinated with AUID staff. (Bag included in the price of the sponsorship.)

Sponsor a Conference Meal and CEU opportunity. AUID will coordinate location, menu, and AV needs.

Help welcome delegates to conference! AUID will coordinate the location, menu, and AV Needs.

AUID will select speaker for keynote address during our Awards banquet (includes 3 tickets to banquet)

Casual event or meal to mingle with AUID members to wrap up conference. Work with AUID to coordinate location and menu.

Mingle with AUID members over dinner and help celebrate our accomplishments.

The AUID Recognition Dinner is one of the signature events held during the annual conference. It is an evening dedicated to celebrating the people, projects, and partnerships that advance interior design within higher education. The dinner recognizes outstanding achievements through AUID’s design awards and honors the contributions of members, volunteers, students, corporate partners, and industry leaders who have helped strengthen the organization and the profession. It also provides an opportunity for attendees to connect, reflect on the year’s accomplishments, and celebrate the collaborative community that makes AUID unique. The Recognition Dinner is traditionally held on Wednesday evening during the conference program.

We are looking to get sponsorship to help enhance our Recognition Dinner with the following opportunities. Sponsorship of an item will include 1 Free Ticket to the Recognition Dinner per company. Additional Recognition Dinner tickets can be purchased at cost.

Evening Entertainment (ex: DJ, band, performance, gameshow, or trivia. Could include Emcee) – $4,000
Drink Tickets (bar) – $3,250
Appetizers – $2,000
Dessert – $2,000
Photographer – $2,000
Recogition Dinner Sponsorships – $500 (10 Available) (Does not include Ticket to Recognition Dinner)

Opportunity to sponsor a photographer for AUID attendees to get professional headshots at conference. AUID will work with you on coordinating this opportunity.

Opportunity to sponsor AUID T-Shirts for our attendees with your company logo and the AUID logo.

This is an opportunity to mingle with AUID delegates and join them as they tour various campus buildings. The $1,500 costs includes the 2 representatives for one tour block during the AUID Conference. Tours are subject to availability and up to 2 representatives per company, and only one tour block per company. This is not a product presentation.

Members use the printed guide throughout the conference to review in-depth details about the conference and retain it as memorabilia. Your logo and sponsorship will be displayed as a full-page ad near the front of the booklet.

Members use the guide throughout the conference to review the schedule, details, and any schedule changes. Your logo and sponsorship will be displayed and recognized on the mobile guide’s landing page that members see when they open the app.

It costs approximately $3,000 for each AUID member to attend Conference (Registration, lodging, and travel) Consider Donating to our travel stipend to allow more AUID members to attend.
