Annual Conference Exhibitor & Sponsor information.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join us by registering as an exhibitor to connect with our AUID members at the conference. For questions about the Exhibitor Showcase, you can email info@auid.org.

Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitors can register for a booth at the Exhibitor Showcase and to sponsor additional items at the 2025 AUID Annual Conference. Your registration for your booth includes everything outlined at the booth levels listed below. Your registration includes your attendance at the Exhibitor Showcase on Tuesday, October 14 only. (Additional conference event attendance can be purchased at an additional cost.)

All sponsorship opportunities are in addition to the exhibitor level sponsorship cost (Platinum, Gold, or Silver). Sponsorship opportunities are subject to change based on schedule finalization and availability.

Registration Instructions 

  1. Log in or create your AUID account (Username: <<Username>>) go here to set up a new password for the AUID portal. If you already have an AUID account, you can login as normal. 
  2. Update your profile, then navigate to Events > Exhibitor Registration.
  3. Select your sponsorship level booth, add-ons, and register representatives using the people icon in your registration (once you’ve completed your booth registration). 
  4. Complete the checkout process to finalize your Exhibitor Registration. 

Adding Additional Exhibitor Reps: Once you have registered for your sponsorship level, click on the “Events” drop down, and click on “Exhibitor Registration” to pull up your registration.  

  • You will see the section below; Click on the People icon to add your additional representatives.

You will be ask to login to you AUID Account.
This does not include attendance for the full conference, as the full conference schedule is reserved for member attendees only.

Exhibitor Showcase 

The Exhibitor Showcase is AUID’s primary opportunity to showcase your company. We offer booth packages at three different levels. You can review the opportunities below.

General Showcase Information
  1. All booths are 10 x10 spaces. The setup does not include pipe and drape.
  2. Once you are registered you will receive a confirmation email and showcase exhibitor kit information.
  3. The exhibitor kit will have all the details regarding load in, venue information, etc.

Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to info@auid.org. Vendors may cancel through September 1, and receive a refund of 50% of their registration. For cancellations after September 1, you will receive a 50% credit for next year’s conference. Substitutions of vendor representatives are gladly accepted at any time; to substitute a rep, email info@auid.org. Refunds cannot be approved for no-shows. 

Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship levels for 2025 are subject to change and based on availability.

Get your logo on our conference bag! Each attendee receives a swag bag upon check-in. Order to be coordinated with AUID staff. (Bag included in the price of the sponsorship.) 

Get your logo on our conference lanyards! Coordinate lanyard order with AUID staff. (Lanyard included in the price of the sponsorship.) 

Sponsor a Conference Meal and CEU opportunity. AUID will coordinate location, menu, and AV needs.

Help welcome delegates to conference! AUID will coordinate the location, menu, and AV Needs.

AUID will select speaker for keynote address during our Awards banquet (includes 3 tickets to banquet) 

Casual event or meal to mingle with AUID members to wrap up conference. Work with AUID to coordinate location and menu. 

Mingle with AUID members over dinner and help celebrate our accomplishments. 

This is an opportunity to mingle with AUID delegates and join them as they tour various campus buildings. The $500 costs includes the 2 representatives for one tour block during the AUID Conference. Tours are subject to availability and up to 2 representatives per company, and only one tour block per company. This is not a product presentation.
